If a company says they charge by the hour, then by the hour should mean just that - whether 1, 2, or 4 hours of cleaning. However, I found out later in my exchange with the company (not upfront) that there’s a flat rate charged if the cleaning requested is under a specific timeframe even though they say they charge by the hour, and flat rate customers require full payment up front, verses a deposit for all other customers. I personally think that kind of policy is a bit unfair and inconvenient for folks that may not want or need a deep cleaning done. However, I’m giving 4 stars because the cleaning staff was awesome.
